New Year Reflection Exercise
The new year is a great time to reflect on your life. This simple resource is designed to help you notice God's presence with you and begin your year centered around His love!
I've noticed over the years that lists and words help settle my mind. Simply cut the sheet making 4 days. Now, you have a large post-it size card to reflect on what you feel is most important to you to remember to do. At the bottom write one word or a short phrase that describes what you sense God doing in your heart. These words will be your prayer you take with you as you go about your tasks. Don't feel you need to use it every day! Use it only when it helps you focus and settle into God's peace.
We are daily dealing with lies from the enemy, others opinions, and sometimes even our own thoughts about ourselves. Practice embracing the truths God has for you! Choose an 'affirmation' from the list to help.
It's helpful to intentionally engage in practices that help us notice God. Prayerfully pick one from this list that will stretch you in your relationship with God.
